Applicable when the product is damaged, defective or incorrect. These are the conditions

1- Only one piece is allowed to be replaced by another piece.

2- Shoes and bags: They must be in new condition without wear or damage, with original boxes and all accessories.

3- Electronics: Must be in original sealed condition and unpowered.

4- Some products such as bodysuits, sexy lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, beauty products, etc. cannot be exchanged.

5- Products marked as “Non-Returnable,” “Flash Sale,” or “Promotional Product cannot be returned” cannot be exchanged.

6-Returns must be requested before products are shipped, and if the returned quantity does not match the ordered quantity, it may be rejected.

7- The returned package must be sent to the correct address specified for the return.

8-Products are inspected upon receipt, and if they do not meet the conditions for exchange, they will be returned to you at your expense.
