Return Policy

1.You must contact Customer Service to request a return if you receive damaged, defective or wrong products.

2. Returnable products must be returned under the following conditions:

  • Items must be new, unused, unaltered and unwashed.
  • Must contain original trademarks and germ-proof labels if applicable.
  • Shoes must be returned in new, unworn condition, with original boxes and all accessories.
  • Furniture must be returned in new and unused condition and in the original packaging.
  • Cell phones, laptops and other electronic devices must be returned in their original sealed and inoperable condition.
  • Other items must be returned in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition, with tags and packaging in new condition.

3. The following products cannot be returned:

  • Bodysuits, sexy lingerie, swimwear, party and event supplies, pet supplies, DIY supplies, jewelry, beauty products and accessories (excluding scarves, bags and mermaid wraps)

4. Products marked with “non-returnable”, “flash sale”, “promotional product cannot be returned” and free gifts cannot be returned.
